Moonlight spills from the crescent moon, shimmering like rain and lights up your way, your travel, your journey. Each step you take sinks in the silver white sand of the savannah, warm and soft to the sense of touch, pleasant. The land is beautiful.
The sky is decorated elegantly with stars that shine for eternity, never dull, all colored in its own emotion of time. Red, yellow, white, silver, all apart of the night. Wispy clouds wrap themselves around these stars, fading them, then bringing them out again as the wind blows them on their own destined course.
Glowing orbs of turquoise suddenly appear, making you avert your gaze and stare. The orbs seem to stare back, as though studying you, and in a blink of a flash they're gone.
You blink back. What was that? You close your eyes, and shake your head, clearing your mind from it, and continue on through your path, still feeling as though you were watched.
Not long after you started moving did the sky suddenly flash in a blinding light. You shield your eyes with your hands, and when you feel the light dull, you move your arm and gasp. A...comet? What seems like a comet shoots through, setting the sky alight with a green firey glow. The light dances, like an aurora borealis, before fading away, the comet long gone before.
"...that was a meteor. One comes around once a month in this area; we're lucky it never hits."
Surprised by the voice, you turn around. Eyes. Glowing green like the meteor, like the sky, like the flame...the orbs from before. The eyes move a little out of the shadows, revealing a white form, with silver hair that flows over his neck like a waterfall and spring into bangs cascading over his eyes. A long katana hangs by his side. He licks his lips a little before narrowing his eyes at you.
"You have tresspassed into Glowing Embers territory. Normally, I would have killed you on the spot, for I do not want danger inflicted to my pack, but...you seem like you didn't know what you were doing. So I'll give you a warning for now." The melcey calms a bit, eyes relaxed. "If you wish to look around, you have my permission, so long as you do not disturb anyone. It's easy to get around, but if you have any questions, I'll be nearby."
With that said, the melcey bows his head and dissappears into the shadows, leaving you alone with your thoughts and choices.
